Refund Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
We want BookletMaker Pro to pay for itself the first time you fold a booklet. If it isn’t working out, here is exactly how refunds work — which route applies depends on where you bought Pro.
Purchases made on this website (Paddle)
Website purchases — used for the Windows and Android apps and the web tool — are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record.
- 14-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] (or reply to your Paddle receipt) within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to the first charge of a subscription and to the lifetime purchase.
- Renewals. Subscription renewals aren’t automatically refundable, but if a renewal just went through and you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we will make it right.
- Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- Processing. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. The associated registration code is deactivated when a purchase is refunded.
Purchases made in the Mac, iPad or iPhone app (Apple)
In-app purchases are processed by Apple, and Apple handles their refunds — we have no ability to issue them ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple account you bought with. Apple’s own refund policy governs the outcome. Subscriptions bought through Apple are cancelled in your App Store subscription settings.
Statutory rights
This policy adds to, and never limits, any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
